AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Arts Council Act is amended by adding
Section 4.7 as follows:
(20 ILCS 3915/4.7 new)
Sec. 4.7. Public broadcasting program grants. The Illinois
Arts Council is authorized to provide grants for public
broadcasting programs from amounts appropriated for that
purpose.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
