AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Workplace Violence Prevention Act is amended
by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may may be cited as the
Workplace Violence Prevention Act.
