AN ACT concerning government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Intergovernmental Cooperation Act is
amended by adding Section 3.10 as follows:
(5 ILCS 220/3.10 new)
Sec. 3.10. School district technology exchange. Any 2 or
more school districts as governed under the School Code may,
by intergovernmental agreement, establish a mutually
beneficial technology exchange program to provide for the
sharing of education resources, including computers, tablets,
electronic readers, and other technology.
