1 AN ACT concerning education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section
53-3.1 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/3-3.1 new)
7 Sec. 3-3.1. Practice of other profession. Notwithstanding
8any other law to the contrary, a regional superintendent of
9schools under this Article may practice or hold himself or
10herself out as practicing any other profession.

12 Section 10. The School Code is amended by repealing Section
133-3.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15becoming law.
