AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section
3-3.1 as follows:
(105 ILCS 5/3-3.1 new)
Sec. 3-3.1. Practice of other profession. Notwithstanding
any other law to the contrary, a regional superintendent of
schools under this Article may practice or hold himself or
herself out as practicing any other profession.

Section 10. The School Code is amended by repealing Section
3-3.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
