AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Historic Preservation Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 3410/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 133d1)
Sec. 1. This This Act shall be known as the "Illinois
Historic Preservation Act".
