AN ACT concerning State government.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Energy
Efficient Building Act is amended by | ||||
adding Section 50 as follows:

(20 ILCS 3125/50 new) | ||||
Sec. 50. Prohibition on grants. No member of an advisory | ||||
council created as a result of this Act may receive State | ||||
grants for teaching or administering continuing education | ||||
concerning any recommendation or rule proposed by the advisory | ||||
council.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||
becoming law.
