AN ACT concerning urban problems.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Urban Flooding Awareness Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(315 ILCS 35/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Urban
Flooding Awareness Act.
