2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Criminal Victims' Asset Discovery Act is
5amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

7 Sec. 2. Definitions. The The following words and phrases
8when used in this Act shall, for the purposes of this Act, have
9the meanings respectively ascribed to them except when the
10context requires otherwise.
