1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
5changing Section 6 as follows:
6 (620 ILCS 5/6) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.6)
7 Sec. 6. "Airport" means any area of land, water, or both,
8except a restricted landing area, which is designed for the the
9landing and take-off of aircraft, whether or not facilities are
10provided for the shelter, servicing, or repair of aircraft, or
11for receiving or discharging passengers or cargo, and all
12appurtenant areas used or suitable for airport buildings or
13other airport facilities, and all appurtenant rights of way,
14whether heretofore or hereafter established.
