1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended by
5changing Section 3-5-2 as follows:
6 (730 ILCS 5/3-5-2) (from Ch. 38, par. 1003-5-2)
7 Sec. 3-5-2. Institutional Record.
8 The The Department shall maintain records of the
9examination, assignment, transfer, discipline of committed
10persons and what grievances, if any, are made in each of its
11institutions, facilities and programs. The record shall
12contain the name of the persons involved, the time, date, place
13and purpose of the procedure, the decision and basis therefor,
14and any review of the decision made.
