1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Fines Paid to Societies Act is amended by
5changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (725 ILCS 160/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 2411)
7 Sec. 1. All fines, paid in money, imposed through the the
8agency of any humane society or society for the prevention of
9cruelty to children under the laws of the State of Illinois,
10shall, when collected, be paid into the treasury of such
11society, to be applied towards its support.
