AN ACT concerning State government.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Legislative Commission Reorganization Act | ||||
of 1984 is amended by adding Section 8A-21 as follows:

(25 ILCS 130/8A-21 new) | ||||
Sec. 8A-21. Mothers' lactation and wellness room. The | ||||
Architect of the Capitol, in conjunction with the Board of the | ||||
Office of the Architect of the Capitol and the Secretary of | ||||
State, shall designate at least one mothers' lactation and | ||||
wellness room in the State Capitol Building, the Howlett | ||||
Building, and the Stratton Building.
