1		AN ACT concerning regulation.
2		Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3		represented in the General Assembly:
4		Section 5. The Community-Integrated Living Arrangements
5		Licensure and Certification Act is amended by adding Section
6		9.2 as follows:
7		(210 ILCS 135/9.2 new)
8		Sec. 9.2. Emergency contacts. An agency shall collect and
9		securely store identifying and contact information for each
10		individual resident. This information may include, but not be
11		limited to, a current photograph, personal contact
12		information, guardian or emergency contact information, and a
13		log of all off-site overnight visits. This information shall be
14		updated periodically.
15		Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
16		becoming law.
