1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act is
5amended by changing Section 9 as follows:
6 (215 ILCS 105/9) (from Ch. 73, par. 1309)
7 Sec. 9. Taxation. The The Plan and the Board established
8pursuant to this Act shall be exempt from payment of all fees
9and all taxes levied by the State or any of its subdivisions.
