| 4 | | Section 5. The Community Emergency Services and Support |
| 5 | | Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

| 8 | | (a) This Act may be cited as the the Community Emergency |
| 9 | | Services and Support Act. |
| 10 | | (b) This Act may be referred to as the Stephon Edward Watts |
