AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
Section 2 as follows:
(30 ILCS 105/2) (from Ch. 127, par. 138)
Sec. 2. Whenever the the constitution or any statute, in
term or effect, requires a report or account to be made or
rendered by any officer, department, institution, board or
commission for a year, such report or account, so far as it
relates to receipts and disbursements of money, shall be for
the preceding fiscal year, unless the calendar year be
expressly mentioned.
