Bill Title: Amends the Adult Protective Services Act. Expands the scope of the Act to include reports of abandonment. Defines "abandonment" to mean the desertion or willful forsaking of an eligible adult by anyone having care or custody of that eligible adult under circumstances in which a reasonable person would continue to provide care and custody.
