Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Gambling Act. Provides that the duties of the Illinois Gaming Board include contracting with the Chicago Police Department for the use of trained and qualified police officers to conduct investigations, searches, seizures, arrests, and other duties imposed under the Act for a casino located in the City of Chicago.
