Bill Title: Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Requires the school board to develop and distribute to every parent or guardian of a student in the school district a one-page summation of the statute of limitations for a student or a parent or guardian to bring a claim against the school district and any possible courses of corrective action for a student who has been sexually abused or sexually assaulted on the school district's property. Effective immediately.
