Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the tax on motor fuel, gasohol, majority blended ethanol fuel, biodiesel, and biodiesel blends shall be suspended if the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index is more than 3% over the previous 12-month period. Provides for certain amounts to be transferred from the General Revenue Fund to the Road Fund if the suspension is in effect. Effective immediately.
