Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that State funds may not be used to fund a non-profit teacher training program that has (i) a 2-year residency requirement for a corps member of Teach for America and (ii) no requirements for formal teacher training prior to admitting an individual into the program. Effective July 1, 2018.
