Bill Title: Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act. Provides that if the person is an adjudicated juvenile delinquent who meets the definition of sex offender as set forth in the Act or if the person is under 18 years of age and prosecuted under the criminal laws of this State and meets the definition of sex offender under the Act, the person is exempt from paying the initial registration fee but is required to pay the annual registration fee when he or she attains 18 years of age.
