Bill Title: Amends the Meat and Poultry Inspection Act. Provides that a carcass, part thereof, meat or meat food product, or poultry or poultry food product is misbranded if it purports to be or is represented as a meat or meat food product or poultry or poultry product but is a cell-cultured food product. Defines "cell-cultured food product". Amends the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Provides that a food is misbranded if it purports to be or is represented as a meat or meat food product or poultry or poultry product but is a cell-cultured food product as defined in the Meat and Poultry Inspection Act. Effective immediately.
