Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that beginning July 1, 2020, the Department of Human Services shall increase the reimbursement rates for all child care services to the 75th percentile of the 2018 child care market rates for each geographic region (rather than the Department shall, by rule, set rates to be paid for the various types of child care).
