Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a bus that meets certain requirements for school buses under the Code may be used to transport persons 18 years of age or less (rather than used to transport persons 18 years of age or less in connection with a licensed youth camp or licensed child care facility).
