Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that Secretary of State driver facilities shall no longer be temporary places of voter registration, but rather permanent places of acceptance of voter registration applications. Deletes provisions governing the Secretary's powers and duties relating to voter registration and adds provisions governing the Secretary's powers and duties relating to acceptance of voter registration applications.
