Bill Title: Amends the School Code. With regard to school report cards, provides that, except as required by federal law or for data collected uniformly for all ethnic subgroups among the entire student population in this State, any data collected by the State Board of Education pertaining to students may not be disaggregated by ethnic subgroups. Effective immediately.
