Bill Title: Amends the Southern Illinois University Management Act. Provides that, beginning with the 2018-2019 academic year, when money appropriated to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University by the General Assembly is allocated for the Carbondale campus, an equal amount must be allocated by the Board for the Edwardsville campus. Effective July 1, 2018.
