Bill Title: Amends the Dietitian Nutritionist Practice Act. Provides for the licensure of nutritionists. Makes changes in provisions concerning unlicensed practice; other activities subject to licensure; exemptions; the Dietitian Nutritionist Practice Board; dietitian nutritionists; inactive status; reciprocity; use of titles and advertising; grounds for discipline; and injunctions and cease and desist orders. Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation may require that applicants have their fingerprints submitted to the Department of State Police. Defines terms. Makes other changes. Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal date of the Dietitian Nutritionist Practice Act to January 1, 2032. Effective January 1, 2022, except provisions amending the Regulatory Sunset Act take effect immediately.
