Bill Title: Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Transportation shall conduct a study of rural intersections that shall identify areas of significant safety concern. Provides that the Department shall publish the study by December 31, 2020 and shall make specific recommendations for policy changes to address the identified dangerous areas. Effective immediately.
