Bill Title: Amends the School Safety Drill Act. Requires the law enforcement drill that addresses a school shooting incident to address an incident involving an active shooter within a school building. Requires the drill to be conducted on days and times when students are present in the school building (rather than allowing the drill to be conducted on days and times when students are not present in the school building). Provides that a school must utilize every effort to conduct the drill no later than 30 days after the first day of the school year.
