Bill Title: Amends the Civic Center Code, the Flood Prevention District Act, the Metro-East Park and Recreation District Act, the Local Mass Transit District Act, the Regional Transportation Authority Act, and the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. Provides that no special district may impose a tax on the cultivation, sale, or use of cannabis. Effective immediately.
