Bill Title: Amends the Child Death Review Team Act. Requires the Child Death Review Teams Executive Council to submit to the Director of Children and Family Services, the General Assembly, and the Governor by January 1, 2012 (rather than January 1, 2010) a report summarizing the results of the Council's 3-year investigation of sudden, unexpected, or unexplained child deaths in the Southern Region of the State. Effective immediately.
