Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, beginning on July 1, 2020, with respect to motor fuel, the term "selling price" does not include any tax or fee imposed by the federal government, the State, or any unit of local government. Effective immediately.
