Bill Title: Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code. Provides that an application for initial approval as a nonpublic special education facility shall be approved by the State Board of Education within 60 days after receipt of the application if the applicant has otherwise complied with the State Board's requirements for approval. Effective immediately.
