Bill Title: Urges any lawmaker who supports any further expansion of the Affordable Care Act in the State of Illinois to immediately forfeit his or her taxpayer-funded premium subsidy and voluntarily enroll in the Affordable Care Act health insurance exchange and urges Illinois' elected senators and representatives to live by the same set of rules that they impose upon those they claim to represent.
