Bill Title: Creates the Task Force on Modes of School Transportation for Elementary and Secondary Education. Sets forth the membership of the Task Force. Provides that the Task Force shall conduct a review of current State and federal law regarding the use of various modes to transport elementary and secondary education students and make recommendations to the State Board of Education and the General Assembly regarding safe transportation of the students, and shall present legislative and administrative recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly no later than December 15, 2017.
