Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person commits aggravated assault or aggravated battery when he or she, in committing the assault or battery, knowingly video or audio records the offense with the intent to disseminate the recording. Provides that an aggravated assault committed under these circumstances is a Class 4 felony and an aggravated battery committed under these circumstances is a Class 3 felony. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the court may impose an extended term sentence when a defendant commits any felony and the defendant knowingly video or audio records the offense with the intent to disseminate the recording.
