Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. In language prohibiting parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection or within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing signal, stop sign, yield sign, or traffic control signal, exempts vehicles parked in a designated parking space created before the effective date of the amendatory Act. Effective immediately.
