Bill Title: Amends the Chicago Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that the amount of unused sick time that may be included in calculating the retirement pension is a maximum of 340 days (rather than 244 days). Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
