Bill Title: Amends the Southern Illinois University Management Act. Abolishes the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University. Provides that that part of Southern Illinois University associated with the Carbondale campus (except the School of Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, School of Pharmacy, School of Nursing, and the East St. Louis Center and along with the School of Law) shall be known as Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and shall be under the governance and control of the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Provides that that part of Southern Illinois University associated with the Edwardsville campus (along with the School of Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, School of Pharmacy, School of Nursing, and the East St. Louis Center) shall be known as Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and shall be under the governance and control of the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Makes corresponding changes in various Acts. Effective July 1, 2018.
