Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the court shall (rather than may) sentence the defendant to a term of natural life imprisonment if the defendant is a person who, at the time of the commission of the murder, has reached the age of 18 or more and is found guilty of first degree murder and the murder was accompanied by exceptionally brutal or heinous behavior indicative of wanton cruelty.
