Bill Title: Creates the County Impact Incarceration Abolition Act. Abolishes the county impact incarceration program. Provides that on and after the effective date of the Act, a court may not sentence a defendant to a county impact incarceration program; nor may a county board that has not approved the operation of a county impact incarceration program authorize the sheriff to operate that program. Provides that a person sentenced to a county impact incarceration program before the effective date of the Act shall continue to serve in the program until his or her successful completion of the program or his or her removal from the program. Amends the Counties Code, the Criminal Code of 2012, the Unified Code of Corrections, and the County Jail Good Behavior Allowance Act to make conforming changes.
