Bill Title: Amends the School Code in provisions concerning bullying prevention. Provides that bullying on the basis of actual or perceived immigration status is prohibited. Provides that school personnel, including school personnel employed in an educational program that receives funding from an early childhood education block grant, who engage in bullying may be subject to disciplinary action that may include termination of employment.
