Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code. In provisions regarding additional duties of county auditors in counties of 275,000 population or less, provides that the following duties are permissive rather than mandatory: being the general accountant of the county and keep its general accounts; and devising and installing a system of financial records in the offices and divisions of the county. Effective immediately.
