Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides for determining sentence credit for those serving sentences depending on the offense. Applies to prisoners sentenced before the effective date of this act serving sentences on or after the effective date of this act. Applies to prisoners sentenced on or after the effective date of this act. Does not permit additional sentences.
