Bill Title: Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Provides that the Suburban Bus Board shall submit to the Governor and the General Assembly an annual report on all procurement goals and actual spending for female-owned, minority-owned, and veteran-owned enterprises in the previous calendar year. Provides that the Suburban Bus Board shall hold an annual workshop open to the public on the state of supplier diversity. Effective immediately.
