Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the corporate authorities of each municipality which has established a police department shall require its police department to create a policy regarding how the police department will process individuals between the ages of 18 and 21 years old who are suspected or accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, intoxicating compounds, other compounds, or any combination of these substances in violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
