Bill Title: Amends the Cannabis Control Act, the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, and the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act. Provides that at the time a defendant is placed on probation, the court shall set a date at the conclusion of the period to determine whether the defendant has complied with the terms and conditions of probation. Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that a person incarcerated on a bailable offense who does not supply bail and against whom a fine is levied on conviction of the offense shall be allowed a credit of $20 (rather than $5) for each day the person is incarcerated toward any fine imposed. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that in felony cases, the presentence report shall set forth the financial impact of incarceration based on the financial impact statement filed with the clerk of the court by the Department of Corrections. Provides that at the time a defendant is placed on supervision, the court shall set a date at the conclusion of the period to determine whether the defendant has complied with the terms and conditions of supervision.
