Bill Title: Creates the Fair Workweek Act. Requires certain employers to provide employees with a good faith estimate of the employee's work schedule. Sets forth the contents of the estimate, including the median number of hours the employee can expect and the manner in which standby lists will be utilized. Requires written work schedules to be provided to employees 14 days in advance. Specifies minimum periods of rest between shifts. Provides for administration by the Department of Labor. Establishes remedies.
